The Sneaker Project

This was project was for my final Uni semester work. The design concepts went through an extremely long process before finally choosing the main design (as you might have seen in the sketches). The idea I proposed was to make a Trainer that the user could fully customize, including the sole, and the outer design.



The presentation with these images were only a small part of the entire project, there was research on customizing, market research, trends, materials and economic issues.



Here you can see the different colour soles where the wearer could easily change them around.


The idea for a trainer of this type was to prevent the wearer from throwing away and disregarding their trainers so easily to buy a new pair. With this trainer, the user could keep customizing to make it look brand new and never wear & tear it.
